1. http://www.ebpml.org/ - I found this portal very useful. The descriptions are short and clear. The portal is edited by Jean-Jacques Dubray who contributes to ebXML.
2. http://www.bpminstitute.org/ - a more commercial driven portal where you can download white papers and surveys for free ... but you need to register first.
